Additional Options

We are traveling with our children. Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, we can certainly provide car seats for your children! We do not keep car seats in our vehicles by default, so you will need to specifically request them. We regularly inspect our children’s car seats to ensure that they are in good condition and have not expired. As a result, there is a nominal $10 fee associated with adding car seats to your reservation. When booking your reservation, be sure to select the “Add Child Seat” option and choose from the following options: Infant (ages 0-1), Toddler Seat (ages 1-3), or Booster Seat (ages 3-6).

What can you do to help make our ride extra special?

We are more than happy to do whatever we can to help make sure that your events are extra special. Just let us know in advance if you have any special requests. Some common requests that we are happy to accommodate at no extra charge include:

  • We always include premium water, such as Fiji Water, however we would gladly switch that out for a specific brand
  • Playing a specific musical genre or artist (we’ll download whatever you want)
  • Having a specific movie or Dish TV channel playing (with our VIP SUV service)
  • Have the cabin at a specific temperature, including the second row heated seats turned on

Some other special requests might involve an additional fee but we are happy to make them happen and could include:

  • Having specific non-alcoholic beverages available
  • Having specific non-alcoholic snacks available
  • Balloons
  • Candy
  • Cooler with Ice and Glassware
  • Flowers
  • Signage / decorations

Airport Reservations

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We realize that flight delays are an unfortunate part of traveling. As long as you have provided your flight details, we will use available technology to track your flight arrival. We also request that you let us know if you experience any delays or if your travel plans change. Provided we have this information, there will be no additional charges.

If, however, you do not provide us with your flight details or updates then you will be subject to “wait time” charges to guarantee that your chauffeur will be there for you when you do arrive. 

Will our chauffeur meet and greet inside of the terminal?

We provide free inside meet and greet service at the following airports:

  • MKE
  • MSN
  • GRB

At these airport, your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a sign in one of two places: either just outside of security or in the baggage claim area.

Due to limitations at Chicago O’Hare, most of our pick-ups are done curbside. When inside meet and greet service is requested we must park in the garage. This involves extra time and parking fees. As a result, inside meet and greet service at O’Hare will result in a $20 fee. For most pick-ups at O’Hare, we will be waiting for you in the designated offsite limo parking lot. After you collect your bags, call your driver and proceed to the second island outside of baggage claim. Please allow 7-10 minutes for the driver to arrive.

Have Luxury SUV Rides chauffeurs passed background checks?

Yes! All drivers for Luxury SUV Rides have successfully completed multiple background checks, along with a detailed background check including fingerprinting.

Have Luxury SUV Rides chauffeurs passed drug tests?

Yes! All drivers for Luxury SUV Rides have successfully completed drug tests on an annual basis.

What uniform do Luxury SUV Rides chauffeurs wear?

We’ve seen drivers with other companies wear a wide variety of unprofessional attire items. Not at Luxury SUV Rides. Our standard chauffeur uniform consists of the following:

  • Black suit
  • Pressed white shirt
  • Black, grey, or silver tie
  • Polished black shoes
  • Black belt

Of course, if you have a special request we will gladly do what we can to accommodate that. Examples include:

  • Color matching ties colors of a sports team, wedding, corporate color scheme
  • More casual attire – we once had a client who was going to a concert and asked that his chauffeur wear a Hawaiian shirt
Where is my chauffeur?

You will receive a 24-hour confirmation email with the trip details, vehicle information, and the name and mobile number of your chauffeur.

Additionally, you will receive an automated text message when the driver is on the way – typically 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. This will include a link to a mobile-friendly webpage with up-to-date information. Technology permitting, this will include a map with the current location of your chauffeur, approximate time before arrival (realize that the chauffeur may still need to stop for fuel or a car wash), along with a photo of your chauffeur, your vehicle, and links to call or text your chauffeur.

How can I pay for Luxury SUV Rides services?

Luxury SUV Rides accepts most forms of payment, including:

How do I know I am getting comparable quotes?

Our quotes are all-inclusive. That means they include all fee, taxes, tolls, fuel, and gratuity for your chauffeur. You will see the charges itemized our your reservation confirmation. There are no additional charges passed along after the trip, unless there are changes such as the addition of extra time for an hourly rental.

Many companies seem to quote a base rate and, often after a trip, additional charges suddenly appear. This makes them appear to be the lowest-priced company.  In order to properly compare our quotes to other companies, make sure you ask the following:

  • Is this an all-inclusive quote?
  • Are there any other fees or charges that could possibly be added on to that rate after the trip?
  • For hourly rentals, when does your billing begin and when does it end? Do you charge garage-to-garage or pick-up to drop-off?
Is gratuity for our chauffeur included in our Luxury SUV Rides quote?

We started out without including gratuity in our quotes, however, due to overwhelming customer input our quotes now include the industry standard 20% gratuity so you can see an all-inclusive quote up front and not have to worry about whether or not to tip at the end of the ride. 

Since most of our trips involve business travelers, we received a number of requests from these corporate travelers to include gratuity with the reservation for ease of processing expenses. Therefore, gratuity is now included on all of our quotes.

If you don’t like this practice, simply contact us and we can remove gratuity from the quote, leaving it up to you to tip based on the level of service you believe you have received.

What is included in your rate quotes?

We believe in providing up-front all-inclusive pricing. As a result, our quotes may not appear to be the lowest as compared to our competitors at first. Be careful, however, as some of our competitors may add on additional fees after your reservation. Quotes from Luxury SUV Rides include all fees, taxes, tolls, and driver gratuities. We do not add fuel surcharges or hold back on other fees to surprise you after your reservation. What you see on your quote is what you pay unless, of course, your reservation details change. For example, if you wish to stay out an extra hour and the driver agrees then we will charge you for that extra time.

Is there a minimum reservation period for Luxury SUV Rides services?

We realize that sometimes you just need a ride from point A to point B and that minimum rental periods are not conducive to that. Many airport transportation requests and hotel shuttles are less than one hour and we are able to book multiple consecutive trips. We will work with you to best accommodate your needs. During some peak times such as Packers games and concerts, we will require a minimum as we are not able to book another reservation while we are waiting for you.

Luxury SUV Rides has two tiers of service. Our LUX SUV service is our standard service and includes the following:

What is included in your VIP SUV tier of service?

Luxury SUV Rides has two tiers of service. Our VIP SUV service includes the following:

  • 2018 or newer black luxury SUV with black leather interior
  • Dark limo-tinted windows
  • Heated second row captain’s chairs
  • Premium Bose stereo system with SiriusXM satellite radio
  • Video monitors with HDMI inputs and Dish TV capabilities
  • Professional chauffeur
  • Premium bottled water

Vehicle Policies

Can we drink alcohol in your Luxury SUV Rides vehicle?

By law, Luxury SUV Rides can’t provide alcohol. However, adults 21 and over are permitted to bring your own and drink alcohol in chauffeur driven limousines in Wisconsin. While your Luxury SUV Rides vehicle is not a stretch limousine, it is does have a Limousine Permit to provide for-hire contracted transportation services. Your chauffeur is licensed as a limousine driver with a Public Passenger Vehicle Driver’s License. Per: Wisconsin State Code Chapter 346 Section 935

Can we eat in our Luxury SUV Rides vehicle?

Yes! You are permitted to eat in our Luxury SUV Rides vehicle and we realize there may be some normal cleanup as a result. However, should you make such a mess that professional cleaning is required to keep our vehicle in tip-top condition, you may be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

Can we smoke in our Luxury SUV Rides vehicle?

No. In order to keep our vehicle in pristine condition for all customers, smoking is not permitted in Luxury SUV Rides vehicles. On hourly rentals we will, however, be happy to stop whenever you’d like if you’d like to take a smoke break outside of our vehicle.
